Goodman recruits new occupier at Lawnswood Business Park

Leading global business space provider, Goodman, which owns, develops and manages business parks across the UK, has recruited a new occupier, BWD Search and Selection Ltd, at its Lawnswood Business Park in Leeds.
Established in 2006, BWD is a specialist search and selection firm that provides recruitment solutions to a range of clients in the financial services sector, including some of the UK’s largest insurers, banking institutions and asset management companies.
BWD’s success over the last five years means the firm needs more space to grow. It has taken a 10 year lease for approximately 2,000 sq ft at Mayesbrook House, Lawnswood Business Park, which will provide the company with higher specification offices and space for the business to expand in the medium to long term.
